I have recently purchased a a few new pieces for my comp including:
Biostar TForce4 U 775 MoBo
Intell Core 2 Duo nE6400 2.13 GHz processor
VGA EVGA 256-P2-N636-AR 7950GT 256M Video CArd
500W power source
G-Skill Dual DDR2 800 1024MB x2 sticks of RAM
However, I put the whole comp back together with all my new parts and I cannot get it to boot up. Initially, I thought it might be the power supply which is why a bought the new 500W supply. Then I believed it to be a bad MoBo and exchanged that out. However, I am not sure what to think now. I get power, and the fans and such start up, but it never boots from there. Also the LED lights on the front of the case do not come on along with no beeps. I have checked and rechecked the the case pin placement and all appears to be correct. I am not sure where to go from here and any help would be appreciated.

I have been looking over things since making my post and I am unsure if my MoBo supports the core 2 duo chipset. If anyone can verify that I would appreciate it.
