blocked out of system volume information in cmd

howdy yall, i am not able to reset the attrib in the command mode for my system volume information dir ... tried using cacls to get full rights but taint workin... any one got an idea ? i am in the middle of getting a worm out of the computer and could use some help

You're not supposed to be able to mess around with that directory, with good reason.

Try turning system restore off, and then on again. Your virus/trojan/worm/whatever is probably resident in a restore point.
