Blue screen of death

My computer got the blue screen of death, it is a dell xps 400. When I try and go to safe mode it still goes to the blue screen. I do not have a reboot disk. Is there any hope here?

Blue screen

Hard drive diagnostics came back as follows

Drive 0: HDS728080PLA380
Drive 1: No Device
Drive 2: No Device
Drive 3: No Device
Drive 4: Diagnostics not supported
Drive 5: Diagnostics not supported

Then I hit enter to reboot, then

Drive 1 not found: Serial ATA, SATA-1
Drive 2 not found: Serial ATA, SATA-2
Drive 3 not found: Serial ATA, SATA-3

Floppy Diskette seek failure

Then I hit start windows in safe mode and got the blue screen of death again?

I'm I doing something wrong?

That's not drive diagnostics! The a list of drives that the bios detected. Go back and read the instructions or follow this:

go to My Computer, right-click on the C drive. Select Properties, Tools, check for errors. Select both boxes and shut down the computer. Start up the computer and let the test run
