Blue Screen on Start up

I got a blue screen on startup. It has an error message of IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. It has been the constant error for the past 3 weeks. Other than this error, my computer is stable like hell. Can any kind soul help me look through the dump file? Please?

Your minidump reads memory corruption. Run Memtest for at least 10 passes.

Hmmm... so it's just plain memory corruption? Or is there a faulty driver? Memtest.... I'll go try.....
