Hello,

I have a problem with my HP laptop,

I have almost every day a blue screen.

Out of the dump files I get the 'ntoskrnl.exe' file is causing the blue screen.

What could I do about this, or what is the problem?
(I'm not sure whether I read the dump files correctly)

system:
- HP noteook
- Windows XP 32
- updated all windows updates/drivers.

The driver cited as the cause of your problem is ele5132.sys and this belongs your Network Card (NIC). My advice would be to update the latest drivers from HP''s website but you've said you have already done this.

This driver causes many people issues.

I only installed the update suggestions of windows update (also the suggestions for the drivers)..

I'll check for sure whether i have the latest version.

Thanks for your research!
