Blue Screen, uncontrolled email, popups - Please Help

Hello,
Recently my antivirus (symantec) detected something and was promptly followed by my antivirus being overwhelmed stopping outgoing email that was reported as spam. After running a full antivirus scan I started getting the Blue Screen with the stop: 0x0000008E (0x000005, 0x80612A2E, 0xB9EA4D70, 0x00000000).

I have completed all of the steps in the preliminary removal. My logs are attached. Panda Antirootkit scan showed no problems. I appreciate any help.

Symantec *may* be interfering with AVG as avg has errors in cleaning,

Disconnect from the Internet, disable Symantec and the rescan using AVG.
If avg fails again, it will need to be reinstalled.

Ok I disconnected from the net, disabled symantec, and ran avg. Still didn't fix the errors on avg. Attached is my latest report. i really appreciate the help.

I no longer have the blue screen problem but I still have pop ups. I have disabled all of my other protection and attempted to run AVG but I still get "error while deleting" for all of the results.
