Hello All,

I need some help reading a minidump. I have run it through the debugger but I dont know how to read it.

If someone could assist me and tell me where the error on the computer lays that would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached the .txt file.

Thanks
Mark

Looks like a driver error.
The initial key information in the bugcheck is

e1e5132.sys
DEFAULT_BUCKET_ID: DRIVER_FAULT
BUGCHECK_STR: 0x40000080

Re: e1e5132.sys (per file.net)
The process Intel(R) PRO/1000 Adapter NDIS 5.1 deserialized driver or Intel(R) PRO/1000 Adapter NDIS 5.2 deserialized driver belongs to the software Intel(R) PRO/1000 PCI Express Network Connection Driver by Intel Corporation (www.intel.com).

Description: File e1e5132.sys is located in the folder C:\Windows\System32\drivers. Known file sizes on Windows XP are 250,776 bytes (20% of all occurrence), 252,048 bytes, 246,680 bytes, 176,128 bytes, 230,400 bytes.
The driver can be started or stopped from Services in the Control Panel or by other programs. The program is not visible. The service has no detailed description. It is not a Windows system file. It is a Verisign signed file. e1e5132.sys is a trustworthy file from Microsoft. File e1e5132.sys is certified by a trustworthy company. e1e5132.sys seems to be a compressed file.

I would suggest a driver update...
