BSOD while playing games

Hello there, I've tried to solve this problem for a long time, and yett I've had no luck so now im turning to you guys for a sulution!

Here is my problem: Every now and then (from 1hr-12hrs) i get BSOD while playing games. These errors have accured after i changed out my MB and CPU (and soundcard)

My current setup is:
MB= P5Q pro
CPU=E8400 duel core 3 GHz
GPU=Nvidia GTS 250 (1gb)
PSU= 600w something
Ram= Corsair TWIN2X 6400 DDR2, 4096MB CL5 (currently set to 1.9 V)
Soundcard=Asus xonar dx

Now for the BSOD the MSG i get is IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Mini dumps comming

The others that have looked in to this thought it was the NDIS driver problem i updated it to 1.0.0.42 verson, and it only seems like it happens more often.

hopefuly u guys can help!

0xA errors are either caused by hardware or drivers attempting a higher IRQ Level that they have no right to.

The driver L1E60x86.sys which is noted in your information is a driver for an Ethernet Network card from Atheros Inc. Many people have had issues with it. Update your NIC drivers.
