Can't detect PC problem... need help urgent

am ineed of help... ...theres no display on my screen.. and the keyboard doesn't have a light when turning it ON.. i already tried some troubleshooting, it cleaned the memory, clear the CMOS but i can't seem to detect what the problem really is...please guys i really need your help on this...Many thanks
 
When you power on your system does the motherboard LED light up? Does the CPU fan or any of the case fans spin?
 
Check if you have all the necessary power cables plugged into the motherboard (20\24-pin + 4-pin, if applicable) and your video card (if it has a power connector). Also, reseat the memory, video card and HSF, making sure to apply a thin coat of TIM between latter and the CPU (clean off the old coating with isopropyl alcohol first).

Try running the system with only the mobo power connectors and the optical drive(s) connectors plugged in; remove all other power connections. If the system POSTs, then you can likely rule out the PSU.
