Can't install nero 7

Hi I am trying to install nero 7 but I keep on reaching the [I accept the terms in the license agreament] and when I click next the installtion just stop.
Can I get some help

I don't have Nero 7 but when you reach the EULA (end user license agreement) is there a box to check that you accept the agreement and do you check it before clicking next?

Yes, I always check the EULA (end user license agreement) box. It also takes a long time to reach that area of the installtion. The first time I try to install Nero 7 it uninstalled Nero 6 and when I install back Nero 6 I get 2 errow massages [The program requires the file (Advrcntr2.dll) which was not found on the system] and [Hardware accelertion is deactivated some capture devices may not work properly you can activate hardware acceleration using the direct x diagnostics tool].
