The anger, the negativity, and the bitterness from both sides stems from the fact that what is going on is, at the biological level, a fight for survival. Thus, when one subset of the population not only advocates for your termination ("people like you shouldn't exist") but follows through on that sentiment with concrete action, feelings of anger, bitterness, and worse are natural reactions.

That is the obvious cause-effect that isn't understood.

Hatred (not to be confused with dislike or aversion) and fear are natural psychological states of man. They aren't conjured up because of frivolous BS like melanin preference or whatnot.

Rather, they emerge from the ex materia perception of a threat.***

Insofar as this relates to Mr. Nadella and the Desperation Appeal...

What is being explicitly and implicitly advocated is that we should be economically impeded and/or demographically replaced for no other reason than the fact those other groups have done a poor job of building societies.****

Moreover, any measure or expression intended to oppose this is ground for some manner of culling. Be that making someone economically radio active or a social liability.

So when the CEO of Microsoft comes out with half-truth one-liners like, "we should let everyone in because nation of immigrants"

and someone else says "the ends justify the means"

What they are advocating from a biological standpoint is that our gene set should not be dominant (see: growing)...

What sane, rational person wouldn't feel angry, bitter, or worse when they are being told to comply or die?

You have material evidence that you are being replaced.

You have demonstrated, open and prideful support for this by the people doing it.

Edit: And the kicker, as if we hadn't reached the punchline already, is that merely calling it out gets you marked for processing!

You'd have to be completely mental to even remain on the fence, let alone not feel the slightest anger towards those doing the deed or enabling it.

That's why this will end at gunpoint, like all conflicts arising from socialism do. I just can't for the life of me figure out why the SJWs traded Hugo Boss for purple hair and Vans. That's the mind-blowing thing.

Well, I ran into the same issues, perhaps omitting pertinent information, and including background which others may, or may not, have been able to tie back in with the issue we're, (ostensibly), discussing.

But, I very much enjoyed your very articulate contribution to the overall discussion. I felt it filled in some holes I left in my rant, and when taken together with my post formed a much more complete view, perhaps even synergistic impact on the whole.

As for Nadella, (and ready the Cranky is a racist slings and arrows), he is a sociopath of the most heinous variety, a practitioner of Indian business ethic. There's a society which tentatively outlawed the caste system in the middle of the last century, but many fervently "integrate" it into their belief system up to the present.

I touched on this very early in the thread, and trust me, (IMHO), Nadella wouldn't do anything for the benefit of others, unless he believed he could reap manifold benefits for himself and M$. In short, he's a duplicitous fakir, a habitual power monger and a liar. I honestly think it's a joke, for that toad, to try and pull off a politically correct action, with a straight face.

With that said, since he's a recent immigrant, (or I perceive him as such), at the helm of a huge American corporation, so one big song and dance of solidarity with the rank and file, was obligatory on his part. IMHO, he was just mouthing the words, in a shameless attempt to curry favor <*(Pun intended).

That which I am of absolute certainty, is that Satya Nadella is a dyed in the wool practitioner of the black arts of New Delhi sidewalk bazaar terror marketing and sales techniques.
