Cheap, But Worthy PSU to buy?

Any Ideas what a decent psu would be for reasonably cheap price?
preferably with at least 25amp on the 12v rail for gaming reasons (high end gfx)

i found http://www.ebuyer.com/product/161664 but im not sure still, there may be easier ones out there?

Pc Specs for what i need powering are :

Intel QuadCore Q9450 @2.66ghz
4Gb DDR2 RAM 800mhz
2 Sata HDDs (160gb and 500 gb)
Nvidia Geforce GTX260
3 Case Fans.

Not necessary. On what does your friend base his / her recommendation?

The Corsair 650TX is one of the finest PSUs delivering clean power to all your components. Even with an additional GTX 260 the 650 TX would be good to go. However, then I would recommend a 750W PSU.
