[Closed] Can't Exit From Task Manager

Hey, I brought up the task manager to close an unresponsive program, but I can't close it (task manager). I tried closing it from the task bar, but it won't go. The X in the corner is gone. I restarted my computer, but the t.m. was still on-screen when it turned back on! This creeps me out, and I might have something bad. Please help soon!
