Computer continuous booting up problem

Hi, My pre-made cybertron computer was perfectly fine until today, last night I shut down by computer by holding in its on/off button. The problem was at first that there was a blue screen saying Windows 10 could not repair itself properly etc. I then tried shutting down my computer off and on which then made a new problem of the computer "beeping" and booting up problem until the "Starting/Verifying DMI pool data" page which then it restarts and beeps continuously. the Computer also seems to be making an unusually unsettling Fan noise of that of a old Car starting up. I have Nvidia. please forgive me as I do not know how to check the "specs" of my computer.

Hi OK Thanks!(y) Are you going to do a clean install? May I suggest that once you get your PC back up and running; create a back up image of your OS. Next time you won't have to start over, you install the image you created, and you'll be back up and running just like you were the day you created the image.
PS You can get the installation media for W10 here. Good luck. Let us know how things go.

Hi, thank you for the encouragement and the support. I already have a Camera so no need for the Image creater. thank you again though.

ROFL. Creating a image of your OS has nothing to do with a Camera. https://www.howtogeek.com/howto/4241/how-to-create-a-system-image-in-windows-7/
PS You are very welcome!
A system image backup, on the other hand, is like a full snapshot of an entire hard drive. The advantage of a system image is that if a hard drive crashes, you can replace it, restore the image, and have your system right back to where it was when the image was captured. No need to reinstall Windows or your apps.

I recommend. enter command prompt at bootup with a windows disk. enter recovery console type cmd: sfc /scannow try that first!!!
