Computer keeps on freezing!!

my computer continually freezes. this only seems to be the case whilst i am connected to the internet. i have phoned up for support from the manufacturers they have given little help. i have tried re-installing windows on a number of occasions but this has done nothing to help, i have also had installed a new processor, again, with no affect. i would be truly greatful if anybody could help me rectify this problem.

Because you are always connected to the internet.

I would try replacing your RAM. That was my problem when mine kept locking up.

Are you using a router? wired or wireless

yes i do use a router, using wireless
