Computer won't load certain pages

My computer won't load facebook and a few other pages. Everytime I try this pops up:

and I have now idea what it is, what it means, or how to fix it! Anybody got any answers?

Do you have AVG toolbar installed? If so go into the control panel. Then click on the program and features Icon. Once this window opens. Scroll down the list till you see AVG toolbar. Then uninstall it
