Could you diagnose my minidump results?

Managed to get as far as getting out my mindump diagnosis through kd, but I'm not enough of an expert to diagnose it beyond there. I've attached my minidump. Anyone able to help?

Your debug report cannot resolve the kernel symbol. It is impossible to determine the culprit. Maybe you connect to internet when you run the execute the debug report or you forget to create folder c:\symbols

Hmm, here are the minicumps instead

Can't seem to get the symbols to work, though I've tried connected and unconnected. Maybe you could analyse the minidump results directly? Here are the last few. Thanks.
