Euro Truck sounds like a game with moving graphics and that is going to be some trouble for your older hardware. Here are the specs on that CPU:

The single-threaded performance is what matters most on older games (likely the only games you can play). That GPU is also pretty old (from 2008) and not very capable by today's standards. The RAM is only barely adequate for a modern computer and actually too little to game with in my opinion. The HDD should be an SSD. Sorry to say but it is time to roll a new gaming machine or you have to relegate yourself to less demanding games.
