CSC is 13GB!!

Hi. I noticed that my 40GB drive had only 11 GB free. Well, that was odd seeing as I don't have much installed. I went snooping around and saw that WINDOWS was 15 GB!! I went in and all the folders were like 2.1 GB. So I unhid system files and found CSC to be 13 GB!!! What is this and can I get rid of it? All those files are 1/2 of the space used!!

Sounds like some good ad folder created by a Spyware program on your computer. Have you tried running Ad-Aware/Spybot & the lot ?

After some more googling I found out it has something to do with offline files. That was enabled awhile ago, but I disabled it, and deleted all the offline files. Is this folder safe to delete?

MS says here that you shouldn't delete the folder.

And if you've turned off "offline files" it should be more or less empty, and thus not really taking up any space...

So what am I supposed to do then? I'm getting to the point where I'm about to run out of disk space.
