D101ggc Intel Mobo Ram compatability

Hey i'm interested in upgrading my ram for my computer and i need to know if my Mobo can handle High density ram or not. I know what model of board it is and i have the documentation but i'm unsure on how to read it. here is a link to the documentation.

Just go to www.crucial.com and have them scan your system. It will tell you what ram you have and what ram is compatible.

K that is very useful but it didn't tell me whether i can use high density or low density chip RAM. I want to know if it can only use 64x8 or if it can use 128x4.
