I deleted some files mistakenly & emptied the Trash. I don’t have backup available at present. Is there any chance of recovery of the deleted files? I am ready to buy software that can recover my files. Mac OS X 10.11 with 4 GB of RAM

The issues is when deleted, the sectors where the data was located become available for immediate reuse, and thus may well be over written already.
