Disk Boot Failure

Hey everyone. I just replaced my motherboard and am attempting to format my harddrives and reinstall Windows XP. However, I am getting the disk boot failure error when attempting to boot from the Cd rom. I configured BIOS to boot only from the cdrom, tried my other cd drive, and another copy of Windows Xp with no success. What could be causing this? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Does the bios see the CDROM? Sounds like the computer is still trying to boot from a hard drive. Reset the bios to failsafe defaults. Are the hard drives SATA or IDE?
