Display issues, vertical lines and other distortions

Hello I need some help pls.On the screen appeared some vertical lines and the computer goes very slow and pictures make waves when I move them.Also games go pretty bad with the exception of World of Warcraft that does not work at all and says "failed to find a suitable display device "

First things first, have you tried reinstalling/updating your video card drivers?
