DONE everythin' but still NTLDR missing ctrl+alt+del to restart

hi all!
i'm in big trouble now...

done everything starting from repairing using win2k installation cd until using the fix ntldr method using the floppy....

i've searched (for dummies) the ntldr on my machine... it's there but why? this machine couldn't find it

pls... how to fix this problem? spent the whole day but the result is zero.....

win2k sp4
pentium 4
sdram 512M
2 years installed this OS on this machine
this morning it pop up and gave the "NTLDR missing'"
