down loading movies torrents safe?

I have been shown a site where I can down load torrent movies to play on google video players. Is this a safe thing to do, if not what are the dangers? thanks

Hi,

It is acceptable only if you are paying for the download movie service. Do note that piracy is never condoned by Techspot. Whether it is safe depends on whether the site is reputable.
