Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

This is a blue screen error, which appears at odd and ofcourse inconvenient times that I cannot seem to solve, I have updated all drivers, my main board is an asus P4s8x-mx with sis 661gx and 964 chipset, get the error with the nvidia.sys driver, gforce fx 128, and the USB and occasionaly lan. I have assumed it has something to do with irq sharing in windows, XP Pro SP2, but do not know. I have experienced the same error once before on a different mainboard, jetway, related to the onboard audio, cmedia 8738, cmedia.sys, and solved the error by installing a 5.1 cmedia 8738 pci card. Any thoughts are appreciated, thanks.
