Driver irql not less or equal

I have windows 7 and tried restoring back to factory settings..it reformated my harddrive and after that it crashed and gave me the blue screen with the error driver irql not less or equal..techinal infoemation code 0x000000d1 in parenthesis a bunch of other numbers not sure if those are needed and it also says amd_sata.sys- address fffff880012d0aaa base at fffff880012ce000 datestamp 4cd34735. I cant get into windows at all since it did reformat the hard drive. Any suggestions on how I can fix this error to get windows formatted on and my computer working again..if you need any more information on my problem let me know thanks

Post any minidumps created by the blue screens by going to C:\windows\minidump. Select all the .dmp files and right-click, sending the files to a compressed(zipped)folder. Upload this folder as a file here...

Every time I've seen this it was due to bad memory

Yes you're right Jobeard, but the minidumps may provide other clues too
