Elder Scrolls 3 Werewolves and Vampires

I have bought Elder Scrolls 3 and both of its expansions. I know how to become a vampire and werewolve (fight them) but where do you FIND them? I know that you find werewolves somewhere in Solstheim but where and where do you find vampires on Vvardenfel?

Have you tried gamefaqs? If you don't find the answer there, your chances are pretty slim to find it anywhere else..
Besides, aren't you lagging a little behind with ES3, now that Oblivion is here?
