Two thursdays I ordered an emachines recovery disc over the phone. They told be it would come in 3-5 business days. Almost 2 weeks later it hasnt come. I've called back twice, once they told be it would come in 5 days, and tonight they said the cds are on backorder and will be shipped soon. Is this a regular problem or am I getting hosed? For $20 I dont expect overnight shipping but come on, how long could it take to burn a recover cd?
