Epson CX9400FAX Ink

I recently bought an Epson CX9400FAX printer to replace an older one. In the past I have saved a bundle of money by refilling my Epson cartridges. Now I've been told that you can't refill the cartridges for this model as there is some sort of code that kicks in when the cartridge is empty and if refilled still talls the printer it is empty. I've discussed this with refill stores and some say they are working to find a way to overcome this code but I rather doubt they are really trying. In any case, having to buy new cartrides all the time is very expensive. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I used to get all my Epson ink from TylerMartin. Their website looks like it was made in 1997, but their service has always been great. I didn't see yours listed but you might want to see if anything they do have is compatible and they just haven't updated for the 9400 yet. If you don't see anything I'd suggest emailing them to see if they are planning on getting any in.
