ive posted here a few days ago for any1 that remembers my problem.
anyways, ive been trying to reformat (windows XP)
ive tried booting from cd,but it just freezes at windows setup.
i ran memory test and hard drive test (all passed).
tried 2 diff XP retail disks.
switched ram, took ram out, switched slots etc...
just tried reformatting with 6 floppy disks.
i got to the 2nd disk and recieved this error... File \ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. The error code is 7. Setup cannot continue. press any key to exit.

Ive googled the error, the answers i found were ram probs or bios probs.
I switched RAM,and set my bios to default and still receive this error.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! been trying to reformat for months.
A real computer doctor wants 75$ (FORGET IT) lol.

thank you.

honestly? i think YAS are pretty useless, and anything yas say,any1 can find in google.
mods can close this thread,im going to look for another forum.

Rest of yas, good luck getting help.

Bet YOU never Googled with "\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. The error code is 7."

Anyway, thread closed as per your wish.
