Game pad issues for my PC games

I just purchased a Logitech wireless gamepad for my pc. It works great on some games like Singularity and Staw Wars TFU2. I was playing Fall out LV yesterday, when I tried to play today, the game would not recognize I had a game pad, even tho I used it on Fall Out LV yesterday. On Batman AA and on Borderlands, the left analog the up moves my character down, and down moves him up. Left and Right are correct, it also seems that the (A,B,X,Y) buttons are also reversed or just not correct at all. I have reinstalled Fall out with the same results.

Why is this? any help is great! thx

PS I have reinstalled and updated drivers for the gamepad.

Have you been to the section in the Control Panel for gamepads, and tested the buttons are all working ok?

yes, its wierd, only acts like this on some games. I cant explain it.

In Batman and Borderlands did they buttons work properly before, and then got reversed?
