Game ROM download Site

Anyone know of a good site to download ROMs of games for N64, GBA, and GBC? For the record I want to download some old Pokemon games and Zelda and games THAT I ALREADY OWN. I've read that it is NOT illegal to download the ROMs if you own the game, it's just that games on cartridges are hard to make copies of so I can play them on my computer.

*Even though you may own the cartridges many visitors here do not. Sites/Links like these promote pirating which is not tolerated here.
