Google Chrome unable to load pages when connected to home network, but works fine on my work network

Hi, I am currently having a problem on my google chrome. I am unable to load any pages on it, or it takes a lifetime to load pages when I am connected on my home network (not the case for my firefox as it loads pages with no problems) , however, when I am at work, it loads pages perfectly. What can I do to fix this? Please help. Thanks a lot =)

Disable add-ons
empty cache & history
restart (ie quit and rerun)

Hey Nincomputerate. I would download Revo Uninstaller, install it, then uninstall Chrome , reboot, then install Chrome again and see what happens.

As I reread your post title, are you saying you have a laptop that connects using Chrome on a different network, but the same laptop doesn't connect when on your home network?.
