A personal note on news coverage in general.
I'm a 20-year military combat veteran, been around the world a number of times, participated in a few "adventures." I always thought the best and most accurate news coverage of events I saw first hand came from the BBC.
Returning home to the U.S., much of the news coverage of foreign events I was involved with were absolutely laughable in their accuracy and slant. Just a word to the wise...
