hi i have windows 7 ultimate and i am having a H V frequency problem i recently got a video card from my cusin and it was working fine for 2 weaks untill i updated its drivers once the drivers got updated it stoped working with my moniter i have tride many difrent things to try and fix it from going onto safe mode and trying to change the resilution to trying to un update the drivers but nothing i have tried has worked would you happen to have a solution the result of the H V frequency is i get past the windows loading screen and it cuts out with the warning and moniter shut down at the login screen
