Inactive "Hard drive clusters are partly damaged" message

Thank you Bobbye for all of your help and patience. I did almost all of the items in the post #48 but not sure what ZonedOut really does and I have to read about Replace the Host Files. I kept Malwarebytes, but installed Spyware Blaster too, should I remove one of them? I hhad this computer fixed by a service store that took off everything but AVG Free, and I think that was its demise. Thanks again!
