Having problems downloading Tor browser

Simple question, where is a good place to download Tor ?

It doesn't work for me. I have downloaded the file a few times but upon trying to run the exe I get a message which says that the file is broken. I have tried a number of times now.

...Also I have had to completely disable my firewall to allow my browser t even navigate to any site to do with the Tor browser. Not that this was the only site it was not going to, there were lots.

Windows 7 32 bit. And I've tried both Opera browser and Firefox. They both behave the same way.

I am having increasing problems with access of sites. The main larger ones are not efected though.

What exactly attracts you to the Tor Browser?
I once used this browser, but I didn’t have enough page loading speed.
Soon, Opera has embedded VPN in its browser, and yes, it works better than Tor Browser
