HD help

hey
I got a about 2/3 yrs old 60gb Seagate HD, it was working very well then, but now it doesnt show in My Computer Screen, the Win XP cant detect it, but when i check the bios it can detect it .
So in short... the HD shows in my bios but in my OS it doesnt.
so i nid help from you guyz cuz i got my important files in that HD.

cp->admin tools->comp mgmt->storage->Disk mgmt
the partition should be 'HEALTHY'; what does yours actually say?
