HDD CRash

hey guys i got a satellite laptop and it just crashed...meaning that windows is corrupt....i need about 30.1 mb of documents off of the my docs folder.....i have tried net ops 3.9(linux)....any ideas?....by the way reinstalling is out of the question because windows has ereased my files in the my documents folder previously... thanks

be more specific. can it still boot? what kind of errors are you seeing an when?

Maybe doing a Windows repair, as per this thread HERE may help.
