Hello, and I have a problem

I just bought a X2gen 19" TFT LCD displayand after hooking up and turning my computer back on everything seemed to be going fine. The computer startup screen first appeared as normal, but after a few seconds the screen went dark and a message that said "out of range" appeared. Nothing in the manual supplied by manufacturer says anything about this problem. Does anyone know what I need to do?

not 100% sure but sounds like either your frequency or resolution that your graphics card is set to is not within the range of the screen. perhaps read the screens manual to find operating frequency in hertz (hz) and check the output freqency of your graphics card. hope this helps in some way
