its the retail version, so it comes with the heatsink. I gotta say tho, if you have 80 extra bucks to spend, switch to an intel core 2 e6600 and and intel mobo...way better.

I have the logysis transparent and i like it. I gotta tell you though, after about 2 weeks their will be about a million scratches on it. anything that touches it seems to leave a scratch. Another negative is you have to unscrew 6 screws if you want to take the side plate off..i tend to just leave it off. Also, you have to take out the mobo screws, and 6 screws if you want to access the backplate. Basically my point is, they are nice cases but a hasle to have.

First, I know this thread is old, but if anyone runs across this again, maybe this info could be helpful.

I have a logysis case as well, and I 100% agree with Twite. They look good if you are willing to spend the time with cables, lights, etc. They are a huge hassle, and scratches are evident pretty quickly. I actually went with a UV reactive one, and with the UV cathodes on, you can see every scratch as if it had a spotlight on it!
