I had this error 0xc000005 and I dont know wat is this error? where can I fine the error and how to debug this.Help pls.

Assuming ( I hate assuming(sp.)) that this is a Windows error code you should try the Microsoft web site for your OS . there is a search feature and you should be able to get some kind of explanation by entering the code number.
This is a user answer I am a long way from an expert.

000005 is related to access denied errors. Most likely the registry value of the software you are trying to use does not have full control checked
