i have sony vaio vgn fs415m the keyboard is damaged .when i wanted to replace it i broke the plastic holder which strongly holds the keyboard with the motherboard through the white connection. anyone has any idea how to hold the keyboard strongly inside the white conncetion

You can buy a new bezel or plastic framework part from Sony for about $45 to $70, depending on the model. You have have to get a list of their outside parts vendors as Sony is a real pain in the rump to figger out how to get stuff.
