Help with HJT file

Hi ive just got a 2nd hand PC and there seems to be alot of junk running on it, im not sure whats ok and whats not. if theres somebody who could read my HJT file and let me know that would be much appreciated. Thanks
 
Boot into safe mode. See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

In Windows Explorer, turn on "Show all files and folders, including hidden and system". See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial62.html

Open your task manager, by pressing the ctrl/alt/delete keys together. Click on the processes tab and end process for(if there).

ossproxy.exe

Close task manager.

Run HJT with no other programmes open and have HJT fix the following, by placing a tick in the little box next to(if there).

R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [OSS] c:\windows\system32\ossproxy.exe -boot
O4 - Global Startup: Digital Line Detect.lnk = ?

O8 - Extra context menu item: &Search - http://bar.mywebsearch.com/menusearch.html?p=ZSzeb028

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\msjava.dll (file missing)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Sun Java Console - {08B0E5C0-4FCB-11CF-AAA5-00401C608501} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\msjava.dll (file missing)
O9 - Extra button: Yahoo! Messenger - {E5D12C4E-7B4F-11D3-B5C9-0050045C3C96} - C:\PROGRA~1\Yahoo!\MESSEN~1\YPager.exe (file missing)

Fix all 016 DPF entries.

O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{7B88CC54-5417-43F5-AA14-4176734845B1}: NameServer = 203.96.152.4 203.96.152.12 Only fix this, if it doesn`t belong to your ISP.

Click on the fix checked button.

Close HJT.

Locate and delete the following bold file(if there).

c:\windows\system32\ossproxy.exe -boot

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.

i havent even looked at them to be honest.
I just got this Pc second hand recently, and noticed that alot of things were running so thought i should check it out.

I googled alot of the things running, and all i found was alot info that contradicted other info, so thought id just bring it here.
