Help with Physical Memory Dump

I need help with something that has been bugging the hell out of me for about a month, my computer does not work at all, maybe its a simple problem because Im not good with computers at all, but i dont think it is. I turn it on,the windows xp loading thing comes on and then a blue screen that says the following comes on...

stop:c0000218{registry file failure}
registry cannot load the hive(file):
\systemroot\system32\config\software
or its log or alternate
It is corrupt, absent or not writable

Beginning dump of physical memory
Physical memory dump complete...

It never goes past this and just stays on this, does anybody know what this means and if so, what I should do about it.

I get the blue error screen after I revive my computer from Standby mode. It then stays frozen on the blue screen and I'm forced to restart.

The Code goes something like this:
***STOP: 0X000000F4 (0X00000003, 0X86B73DAQ, 0X86B73F14, 0X8060566E)
