how will i know if this belongs to my ISP or not?

Is your ISP nstot.proxy.aol.com?

If you don`t know, let HJT fix the entry. If your internet then doesn`t work, do the following.

Run HJT and click on the config button, then on the Backups button.

Place a tick in the little box next to the entry you wish to restore and click on the restore button. You will be asked if you want to restore the selected item. Click yes. Reboot your computer. Done.
