HP Pavilion Laptop Keyboard Problems

I have a HP Pavilion "g" series laptop(dont know anymore, the sticker came off.)
I'm using Windows 7

With numlock on when I hit "n" I get "n6" (I turned off numlock and it fixes)

But, not matter numlock on or off when I hit left-shift I get "m" and right shift I get "u"
If I hold them in it doesn't do multiply and do "mmmm" or "uuuu"
I have tried tons of key combos, fn+f9 etc. My keyboard doesn't have a specific scroll lock key, but I heard it was the key next to f12 so I tried it. And no help. I've checked and made sure its US Default Language.

Not sure if keyboard needs cleaned/replaced just wanted to see if any other suggestions could come.
Using an external(USB Keyboard) and on-screen keyboard all keys work fine. Are there any suggestions aside from cleaning/replacing?
