Inactive-A I can only connect to internet in Safe Mode

That is probably your main problem.
Did you try to get closer and test the connection again?

I have been in the same spot I always have been, but never used to have a problem. When I check my speed on speedtest.net, I download at over 10 mb/s. When I download things using bittorrent, I can download at over 1 mb/s. My PS3 and Xbox 360 both are wireless and in my room the same distance as my PC. The only time I ever have a problem is within my browser. I purchased powerline ethernet adapters and I am going to see if that helps out my connect. I will keep you posted.
