I cannot install any new usb drives or sd cards

Hello all ,

I need major help and I've tried google this trouble for months now and asked around and no solution for this problem can be found anywhere or have I found anyone else with this issue...

I can use drivers that were previously installed on my laptop but I cant install any new ones. I have tried several usb drives and SD cards and I get the same result...

It doesn't show on My Computer, or Disk Management, and in the Device Manager if I click on Storage tab it's there but a yellow triangle and it cant be installed. (says driver cant be installed)

please help!!!
